These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Haywood Universal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Haywood Universal LLC provides business services including but not limited to:

• Tax preparation and planning
• Business formation and consulting
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching
• Business consulting and mentorship
• Project management services
• Real estate education
• Property and vehicle rental management

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in advance or as outlined in our pricing
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access information provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Fees and Payment

• Pricing: Service fees are communicated before work begins and may vary based on complexity
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We offer payment plans up to 36 months for qualifying services
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services
• Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are generally non-refundable

4. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via email
• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in full session charges

5. Professional Standards and Limitations

• Our services are provided based on information you supply. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information
• Tax and legal advice is general in nature. We recommend consulting specialized professionals for complex situations
• Coaching and consulting services do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on client implementation and external factors
• We maintain professional liability insurance as applicable to our services

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose your information except:

• With your written consent
• As required by law or court order
• To professional advisors bound by confidentiality
• In aggregated, anonymized form for business purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables created by Haywood Universal LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haywood Universal LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
